Brain queries read your product's state (pl context-pack, pl stale-hypotheses, pl unaddressed-signals, pl brain-health, pl thesis-drift). Brain actions run PM work from inside the agent (pl audit, pl launch, pl focused-analysis, pl prototype, pl refinement). The agent calls; the Product Brain answers in the shape the agent needs.
